Do you ever crave approval? I think we all have moments where we seek validation—whether for a feeling, a decision, or a piece of work. I admire those who rarely feel this need because that constant search for approval is exhausting. It makes you question everything: Is this good enough? Am I good enough? Am I truly worthy? Is this even the real me? It feels like you’re always performing, never quite being yourself. You start to wonder if you’re suffering from imposter syndrome, or if you’re genuinely an imposter. The lines between reality and doubt blur, leaving you uncertain.
